Responsibilities:

Support Director of Digital Marketing in:

• Front end website design and content management
• Development of responsive design and customer sensitive content
• Launch of online campaigns management and results analysis
• Implementation of a SEO strategy, based on analytics
• Launch of market research on customer behaviors with the objective to increase retention
• Implementation of a Social media strategy
• Management of the digital marketing team (interactive marketing & e-commerce)

Help to build and expand our @platform based on a Magento Enterprise, PIMcore and Sharpspring architecture. Knowledge and experience with these tools is a strong plus.

Interfaces:

• Reports to the Director Digital Marketing
• Deeply embedded in IT
• Peer to the online business development team
• Leverage best practice with our headquarters based in the USA

Expectations in close cooperation with the director digital marketing:

• Development of an online vision for the organization incorporated within our global strategy
• Driving the SEO for optimal Online success
• Installment of E-analytics and draw conclusions to enable sales, stickiness with existing and new customers
• Achievement of, (in collaboration with the sales teams) a leadership positioning of the European organization for online business

Profile:

• Age: >30
• > 5 years of experience in online marketing B2C/B2B
• E-marketing studies or deep experience (track record)
• University degree in economics / preferred e-marketing / international
• Flexible in travelling
• Strong team player and experienced in project management / matrix organization
• Multi lingual with fluency in Dutch and international oriented / experienced
• Strong communication skills (customers and internally)
• Strategic thinker and operational worker
