for a market leader, an international trading company with a broad range of consumer products.
Support the organization in creating an digital marketing platform, expand and manage a digital marketing team and achieving ambitious digital marketing goals the organization has set for itself.
Responsibilities:
- Set-up of an online campaign architecture (based on Magento Enterprise, PIMcore and Sharpspring)
- Launch of online campaigns management and results analysis
- Set-up analytics flow to measure campaign results
- Launch of market research on customer behaviors with the objective to increase retention
- Development of customer sensitive content
- Expand and manage the digital marketing team.
KPI's:
- Increase click ratios of our email campaigns
- Activate inactive customers
- Activate clients in new product segments
- Accelerate customer activation after new account are created.
Interfaces:
- Reports to the e-commerce director
- Deeply embedded in the organization. Close relationship to marketing, IT and e-commerce
Profile:
- Minimum of 3+ year of experience with online campaigns / email marketing
- Able to expand and manage a digital marketing team
- Is able to translate campaign learnings in explainable client behavior
- Is not looking for solid structures, but wants to build services from scratch
- Like challenges, we just start our digital marketing department – nothing is set in stone
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
