The position

• Your primary responsibility is to improve business strategies, grow Boutique's customer base, grow Store traffic and optimize profitability.
• You also provide guidance (coaching and training) to your team in the Boutique to create a positive working environment and to achieve sales objectives.
• You are responsible for the general daily activities of Boutique in accordance with the Retail & Commercial strategy and follow the marketing budget.

Your experience

• You have more than 8 years of experience in the Luxury segment, affinity with fine watchmaking and at least 5 years of experience in a managerial position.
• You can maintain excellent interpersonal relationships and have a relevant network.
• You are enterprising, ambitious, result oriented and KPI driven.
• Furthermore, strategically strong with a good vision on hospitality and premium service.
• You are a team builder and the example of a commercial and inspiring manager for your team. They are grateful for your leadership qualities and your team spirit.
• You have excellent communication skills, in Dutch and English.
